We booked a charter bus for our company picnic at Eagle Mountain Ranches, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The bus was clean, arrived on time, and had great A/C. What an amazing company! We needed to get a youth group of 45 from Eagle Mountain to Provo and back for a full-day event, so I called Charter Bus Company Eagle Mountain because they seemed to have the best fleet and service. Had a wonderful experience with Charter Bus Company Eagle Mountain for a corporate retreat out to Tibble Fork. The bus was spotless, comfortable, and had great A/C. Booking was super easy and Kristen was always available for last-minute questions. The best experience was working with Charter Bus Company Eagle Mountain! We needed a charter bus to get our youth group from Eagle Mountain to downtown Salt Lake City and back for a full-day service project, and they delivered. The bus arrived early, was spotless inside, had strong air conditioning, and plenty of under-bus storage for coolers and supplies. Our driver, J.R., was friendly, flexible with our schedule changes, and navigated city traffic like a pro. Communication with the dispatcher before and during the trip was smooth, and the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I got.
